Lisa and Brianne celebrated their Massachusetts marriage with a civil ceremony at the Stonington Yacht Club surrounded by the warmth of friends and family in the bitter cold that only the coast of Connecticut in January can deliver. A silent ceremony, people were asked to speak of their affection for Brianne and Lisa and it was moving in the words and silence.
Both girls beautiful! and a little shy in front of the camera but we were able to get great pictures on the walk across neighbor lawns along the Long Island Sound. So wonderful to see bright red roses in mid winter; the buffet was handled with flair and panache; and I love people with a sense of humor. Grandma with her olives plunked from her martinis made sure I got this image for her friends!
