Since processing was interupted yesterday with the parade, storms, out of control animals, I thought I’d finish up with a few more details from Bob and Carah’s wedding, held Saturday at the Candlewood Inn, in Brookfield CT.
The Candlewood is a stunning venue on Candlewood Lake, and Christian kept everything moving to keep us on schedule. The food was delicious–I had a filet that was about 3 inches thick and PERFECTLY cooked; Kelly had the chicken and declared it likewise. A mozarella salad with baby lettuce and tomato was fresh and crisp.
Music was provided by 3 piece band Ryan Dunne during the cocktail hour; during dinner and the reception DJ Keith Alan kept the dance floor rocking. It’s HARD for me not to join in, lol. My own subjective measure of how good a DJ is is determined by how late I leave, and how bad I want to put my camera down and join the fun. It was difficult on Saturday. Good stuff.
The girls were so much fun! Fabulous dresses!

Hanging around with the guys!

A handsome wedding party! Everyone welcomed Kelly and me like family.

Thank you doesn’t begin to cover it. You guys are awesome.
