Woodstock CT Wedding : Izzie and Thatcher

Izzie and Thatcher waited months with uncertainty, for Izzie’s visa to be approved, but finally are married!

They had a most moving ceremony at the gorgeous Woodstock Congregational Church -filled with music with fellow students from the Eastman school of music, and Izzie’s sister singing a beautiful hymn to her sister. Chilling in it’s delivery.

So interesting to meet Izzie’s family from England and to meet Thatcher’s folks who hosted a wonderful reception in their spacious yard in Woodstock. And thank goodness Plan B included a tent because it was HOT and HUMID all day with a big downpour just as Izzie and Thatcher cut into the beautiful basket weave cake.
